Z Mills is an Australian owned and operated company committed to developing improved nutritional foods for a more sustainable food industry world wide.

Z Mills was formed in 2007 as a joint venture company by Cool Tech Milling Pty Ltd a leading Australian Company developing Industrial Hemp Seed as a nutritional food; and Alligrator Pty Ltd the leading Australian Company in cool mill technology for a more nutritional milled food product; and private Australian financial backers.

In May 2007 Z Mills bought the operations of Trumix Australia Pty Ltd, an Australian company operating a pin mill in Brisbane Queensland.

Z Mills were operating 3 Mills at Hendra in a 2000 square meter warehouse. In 2008 we moved and are completing the construction of the world’s first Cool oxygen free Mill for more nutritional food products.


The oxygen free milling environment ensures that grains milled at Z Mills have greater nutritional value and a longer shelf-life.
